Garcia ECHS participated in the celebration of Holi, a festival of colors. Holi symbolizes the celebration of spring, friendship, and family. During the festival, students splashed each other with vibrant, colored powder. Happy Holi!




GECHS students and teachers were present at a panel discussion with women leaders in education, international business, law, and health. The event event was hosted by TAMIU Office of Global Initiatives to commemorate International Women's Day.

On February 9, 2023, Early College Seniors volunteered at the Regional Food Bank with Director Lorena Rodriguez and CIS Site Coordinator Christy Bryand. They helped stuff food for our elderly. Our Early College students are always willing to help out our community.
