The Laredo Diploma Plus Foundation awards scholarships to at-risk students, encouraging them to stay in school and graduate strong. 💪 Seniors can earn up to $800 per year, distributed in four installments each 9-weeks after grades and attendance are verified.

The Laredo Independent School District in partnership with the City of Laredo Health Department will be offering flu vaccines at no cost for LISD students who are eligible under the Texas Vaccine for Children (TVFC)* requirements.The flu vaccine clinics are scheduled through October.
Laredo’s combined law enforcement officials including Laredo ISD Police Departments, in conjunction with the City of Laredo Police Department, the Webb County Sheriff’s Office, and the Constable’s Office reminded the public about school bus safety, speed limits and the use of electronic devices while driving in school zones. Monday, August 11, is the first day of class for Laredo ISD.
