Sabas Perez Early College High School

The Laredo Independent School District will be releasing students at Cigarroa High School and Cigarroa Middle School today at 1:30 p.m., due to a water line break. Laredo ISD expects the water line to be repaired later today. Parents are asked to please pick up their children at 1:30 p.m. LISD Transportation Department has already sent buses for those students who rely on bus transportation. The LISD Child Nutrition Program is providing lunch in the schools’ cafeterias. Classes at Cigarroa High School and Cigarroa Middle School will resume on Thursday, February 6, at their regularly scheduled time. Esports Tournament Cigarroa High School and the Sabas Perez Early College High School will be hosting a high school Esports tournament at Cigarroa High School on Saturday, March 29. Hello LISD Parents and Families, As the holiday season approaches, we want to remind you how crucial school attendance is to your child’s academic success. Understandably, this time of year can be busy, but we want to urge you to remember how missed school days around the holidays can impact your child’s progress from kindergarten through high school. We know that family time is precious and essential, but it’s important to remember that extended vacations can the send the wrong message about the importance of regular attendance.
