Welcome

Principal's Message

Dear Parents and Guardians, I want to take a moment to thank you for your unwavering support and commitment to your child’s success. Our mission remains steadfast: to provide a second chance for students who have faced challenges, helping them recover credits and stay on track for graduation. We are incredibly proud of the determination and resilience our students continue to demonstrate. As Spring Break approaches, it presents an excellent opportunity for students to recharge, reflect, and, for many, make significant progress on their credits from home. If your child chooses to use this time to work on their academic goals, we applaud their dedication and perseverance! With your continued support, regular attendance, and open communication with our staff, we can ensure every student remains on the path to success. As we enter the new semester, please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any concerns or questions. We are here to support your child’s journey and help them achieve their dreams. On behalf of our entire staff, I wish you and your family a happy, healthy, and successful 2025. Together, let’s make this semester one of growth and achievement. Sincerely, Lizzy Newsome Principal, Jose A. Valdez High School
